The 2006 STAR4D® annual report is also available for viewing with
Acrobat. The primary purpose of the STAR4D® program is to identify
the concerns of the military refinishing industry and practice
strategies and techniques that will enable them to use less
material and improve finish quality.
The IWRC is the only facility
outside of the military to provide Hands-On painter training
to military personnel, and the STAR4D® program is very customized
to
meet the needs of each individual training class. For more information on STAR4D®

The Closed Loop provides environmental information concerning small businesses in Iowa. It includes regulatory updates, waste reduction techniques, important permitting dates and other related issues. An Iowa Waste Exchange insert is included to assist companies in exchanging reusable by-products. The Closed Loop can be viewed as a web page in html, or downloaded as a pdf file to be viewed with Acrobat Reader.
