Ahead of the Pace
Ahead of the PACE was more of a magazine format than other news sent by the IWRC. It included information on pollution prevention, regulations, and technology for painting and coating. It was a part of the Painting and Coating Compliance Enhancement program and ran quarterly from 1999 - 2004.
